2. Purpose
Kit CER is a set of free digital tools aimed at professionals and participants in the sector of Spanish Energy Communities (CER) and collective self-consumption (installers, property managers / gestorías, community transformation offices, municipalities and CER members). The tools are offered «as is», with no guarantee of suitability for a specific case.
3. Indicative nature of the tools
The results, templates and documents generated by the tools are informative and indicative. They do not constitute tax, legal, technical or contractual advice. Each tool includes a specific notice on its scope. For decisions with economic or legal effect, the user must verify the results with a qualified professional (gestoría, legal advisor, electrical distributor, competent authority, etc.).
The provider assumes no responsibility for decisions taken by the user based, in whole or in part, on the results of the tools, nor for possible divergences between these results and those obtained by the official validators or calculations of the distributor, the Spanish Tax Agency or other bodies.
4. Intellectual property
The code, design, texts and graphic materials of Kit CER are the property of the provider or of their respective licensors. Datasets of regional regulation, municipal ordinances and CER registry are built from public sources (BOE, BOP, Observatorio Energía Común and similar); references are indicated in each tool. Personal and professional use of the generated results is permitted, including redistribution of downloadable files, preserving the «Generated with kit-cer.es» identifier.
5. Links to third parties
Kit CER includes links to electrical distributor sites (i-DE, UFD, e-Distribución), public administrations (BOE, AEAT, Catastro, IDAE) and other external resources. The provider does not control the contents of such sites and is not responsible for their availability or accuracy.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site shall be submitted to the Courts of Valencia, without prejudice to the rights of the consumer user to go to the courts of their domicile.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy.
