Participation type

The self-consumption installation is in a home you own.

You are a CER member and the predominant use of the building is residential (not offices, not industrial).

You are a CER member but the main building is not residential (offices, industrial, mixed).

The IRPF deduction only applies to Spanish tax residents. If you pay taxes in another country (non-resident, IRNR), this deduction does not apply.
